Gold lost a little ground and is now hovering around $1,400.
This move could be seen as a natural correction due to some profit taking after the impressive rally of the past few sessions. In other words, bullion seems to be consolidating, in conjunction with the modest recovery of greenback seen in the last 48h. The medium-term scenario remains positive for the precious metal.
