If in a first phase the only idea that crossed the mind of the still president of the USA was that he was there to stay, namely another term, the indications that are leaving the White House paint a scenario a little more divided in Trump’s belief in is adamant, with several members of the administration saying that it should only be a matter of time before the tenant of the most famous house in the world, accepts and assumes that he is there temporarily, being almost certain that if the assignment happens Trump will not fail to accuse his opponents of having stolen his presidency, so as not to give the weaker part, he who in the election campaign nicknamed Joe Biden as the worst candidate ever, and in the end ended up losing to his opponent.

But if the transition of power is taken for granted, with greater or lesser simplicity, from here until then the absence of stability may cause damage to market sentiment, as indicated by the news revealed on Thursday by Bloomberg about the removal of management of the White House, regarding the negotiations for the new stimulus package, passing the ball through so that the Senate, in the person of its Republican leader, Mitch McConnell, develops the attempt of understanding with Nancy Pelosi, leader of the House of Representatives, the Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, who had been negotiating with Pelosi on behalf of Trump, left the scene. This is, in fact, the theme that should condition the market in the coming weeks, given that Biden has already raised the possibility of complete new confinement in the face of the unstoppable increase in new confirmed cases of COVID-19.
